Day 2: Not Quite What I Wanted

Today I wanted to do hill intervals on elliptical but it didn’t turn out like I wanted.
My batteries on my iPod went dead because I think I left it on in my backpack. So I had no music. Dumped it back in my locker.
It was a rainy, gloomy night so I figured things would be dead at the gym. I was wrong. I got out of the locker room and up to the cardio floor and it was totally packed, every single elliptical taken. So I took up a spot on a bike nearby and waited for one to free up.
Sigh.
Day 1: Tri’s, Bi’s, and Shoulders

- What: Tri’s, Bi’s and Shoulders
Did weights today. First workout in the 28 day challenge. Now that I’ve been getting in cardio for a month or so I wanted to bring the weights back into the picture.
This morning I had fasting labs so I felt gross when I came back. Needles wig me out. I’m done with my period so I’m starting to feel more normal again emotionally.
